A recent survey conducted on behalf of Capital One Canada revealed that the majority of college basketball fans in Canada would attend March Madness if given the opportunity.
Other findings from this national survey include:

• 80% of college basketball fans in Canada intend to watch March Madness, but only 7% plan to attend a live game.
• 40% of college basketball fans in Canada will participate in a pool or otherwise wager on March Madness.
• While only 31% of college basketball fans in Canada are aware of a specific Canadian player in this year’s NCAA tournament, 60% said they would likely cheer for a NCAA team if a Canadian were playing on it.
